Team Leadership: Supervising and coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication, and fostering a productive work environment. Technical & Quality Oversight: Reviewing technical specifications, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards. Safety & Compliance: Implementing rigorous safety protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining accurate project records and providing regular progress reports Profile/Skills Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum of 15 years’ experience in UG/Tunnel construction in Metro/Railway and worked as Resident Engineer/ Sr. Engineer for a period of 3 years.
